Mr. Palazzo has over 25 years of complex commercial litigation experience beginning with his work at a regional bank in New Jersey.  As an associate bank counsel he was assigned most every type of business litigation, including credit card and note collections, automobile and RV repossessions, foreclosure, Bankruptcy, bank counsel on trust and estate disputes, and dock & waterway disputes, land use and variance appeals, and other complex commercial litigation. There are few corporate counsels who have successfully migrated between the business side and the legal side of major companies. And there are even fewer, like Anthony, who have substantive experience nationally & Internationally both operationally as well as head of litigation.  As General Counsel and Head of Litigation for Eli Global, he successfully supervised a yearly average of 10 +/- complex commercial matters, supervising outside counsel across the 48 States of the USA.

Inc.- (Superior Court – New York County, State of New York) Breach of Contract – Defense of EHR  Software Subsidiary.  Successfully dismissed 5 of 7 Counts of Complaint which significantly diminished exposure to  liability, and ending in favorable settlement..
  • UDX, LLC v University Directories, LLC- (US Bankruptcy Ct. – State of North Carolina) (Suit on Promissory Notes, Foreclosure and Fraud – complex commercial litigation with detailed discovery and numerous motions, all ending in favorable settlement in Bankruptcy Court.
  • Southland Insurance v Wakely Actuarial Services, – (Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa, State of Alabama) Breach of Contract and Fraud – Third  Party  Vendor  failed  to  comply  with  Insurance  Regulations, and aggressive motion activity, all ending in favorable settlement.
